What does the monthly plan include?
The cellular data for the tracker and the full platform: live map, history, alerts, reports, maintenance, the phone apps and support. There are no add-on modules to unlock.
Do I need an installer?
Usually not. TrackIt Auto plugs into the diagnostic port, and TrackIt Anything screws or bolts on. Hardwired units take a few minutes for anyone comfortable with a fuse box, and we can arrange installation for larger fleets.
Where does it work?
Our trackers run on LTE-M networks across Canada and the United States, and our cellular partners cover more than 100 countries.
Can I pause units over the off-season?
Yes. Seasonal equipment can be suspended between jobs and reactivated when it goes back to work. Ask us about the details for your fleet.
Can I use trackers I already own?
Rangetel works with most major tracker brands. Tell us the make and model and we will confirm it and quote a plan-only price.
Is there volume pricing?
Yes. Fleets of ten units or more get volume pricing on hardware and plans, a single consolidated invoice, and help with setup and installation.
